I use Australia post to ship out orders and take great care in packing your items in a safe and secure container. In the event that your items are damaged in transit, please contact me via discord or my business email and I can arrange a replacement. All items are covered under a 30 day change of mind policy (ensuring items are in a “like new” condition) and a 1 year warranty Unfortunately “change of mind” refunds on customised orders such as (personalised posters and apparel) that have already been printed/manufactured, only partial refunds can be offered.
